Our hemp flower, like any other hemp flower, can be smoked or drank like tea. For smoking, the flower should be ground and can be rolled into a cigarette or smoked in a pipe. To drink like tea, grind the flower for optimum seeping and add sweetener to taste. Recommend using a half teaspoon or teaspoon of coconut oil or butter to maximize the absorption process.
